Our client a leading metering infrastructure services providers in Australia. They felt that their partner’s experience could be improved by
doing a revamp if the existing UI as it didn’t cater for all devices which was causing adoption issues with their system and a loss of revenue as
a whole.

Customer Challenge

Existing partner portal was developed in Visualforce and scalability was an issue.

Customer wanted partner portal to be available as a mobile app.

Revamp of UI/UX to make it adaptive to all devices.

Customer did not have the functionality for Multi occupancy processes where requests are managed in bulk.

Exploring Opportunity for Plus ES to enter into new market like solar to provide a self-service portal.


We built a lightning community portal.

Launched the partner portal in mobile publisher app.

Dynamic UI/UX using LWC.

Developed application requests using flows.

Implemented web-to-lead with a captcha for partners to submit EOI to become PLUS ES partners.

Integrated with Box for files and attachment management.

Intuitive dashboards and reports for partners.
