Having worked for a diverse range of companies with varying cultures across different countries, Deepak, head of the People&Culture initiative at Contrivers, is adamant about establishing a people-centric culture where happy employees make customers happy. He is passionate about culture, connecting, talent acquisition, and management. He specializes in how values influence hires, retain talent, build culture, and ultimately lead to high-performing individuals and teams. He wants to build a brand and environment at Contrivers that attract and retain top talent while driving significant revenue growth through people strategies. Deepak is heading the People&Culture and Marketing initiatives for Contrivers globally and operations for Contrivers Australia. He is also a 10x certified Salesforce consultant. In his free time, he enjoys reading and running. Deepak resides in Melbourne, Australia.
